Standard Viral Disinfection: Our Standard Viral Disinfection Service includes a ULV Fogging application of a CDC approved and EPA registered Coronavirus disinfectant. This service is recommended when there is a suspected, but unconfirmed, case of COVID-19.Hospital Grade Forensic Disinfection: An aggressive Coronavirus cleaning plan. Includes a ULV Fogging application of a CDC-approved and EPA-registered Coronavirus disinfectant, as well as a Deep Forensic Wipe Down of all surfaces and contents. This service is recommended when there is a confirmed case of COVID-19 inside one or more buildings.

Service Fee Minimum: The Service Fee Minimum is NOT an additional fee. The Service Fee Minimum only applies when the total price, as calculated by multiplying the square footage of the area requiring services by the unit price for the service selected, is lower than the published Service Fee Minimum. If the total price is less than the applicable Service Fee Minimum, then the Service Fee Minimum will be the customer’s total price.
